PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk Appoints the New Director of Finance

Dear investors,  

It is with great enthusiasm to share with you that as of February 12, 2024, our affiliation which is PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) the subsidiary of Subholding Power & New Renewable Energy (PNRE), through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders/Stakeholders (GMS), has appointed Yurizki Rio, as the Director of Finance.

Before the appointment, Yurizki Rio served as the Director, Head of Investment Banking at BNI Sekuritas 46 before being chosen as Director of Finance PGEO.

The following appointment of PGEO Directors composition is as follows:

• President Director :  Julfi Hadi
• Director of Operation : Ahmad Yani
• Director of Finance                               : Yurizki Rio
• Director of Exploration and Development : Rachmat Hidayat

With the new management team, we are more optimistic towards PGEO in achieving its goal to become a leading geothermal company and will work more aggressively as the Company prioritize to optimize end-to-end management of geothermal potential, along with in supporting and participating to the national and global decarbonization agendas to achieve Net Zero Emission 2060.
