Pertamina Achieves Best Investor Relations Energy Company Award
Jakarta, January 30, 2024 – PT Pertamina (Persero)'s positive performance in investor management has earned it an international award from The Global Economic Awards for the Best Investor Relations Energy Company in the Utility and Energy category. In addition to this award, Pertamina wasnominated for Most Innovative Investor Relations Energy Company and Best Green Initiative.
The award was received by Pertamina last Friday (26/01) in Bangkok. This achievement was made possible by Pertamina's Investor Relations' effective distribution and publication of comprehensive and transparent information to the company's investors. VP of Investor Relations of Pertamina, Juferson Mangempis, stated that this award recognize Pertamina's role on the international stage.
"This is an achievement for Pertamina, considering that The Global Economics Limited, as the organizer, is a London-based international financial publication institution. They cover various financial sectors across industries worldwide," explained Juferson.
Furthermore, Juferson explained that this award proofs that Pertamina's Investor Relations function has been fulfilling its duties according to investors and financial stakeholders' expectations, demonstrating good performance in providing information. In the future, Juferson hopes that Pertamina's Subholding and Affiliates will actively participate in similar award events.
"In the future, we hope that Pertamina Group affiliates can participate in this event in line with their respective business processes," said Juferson.
