In celebration of the 2023 National Customer Day, PPN conducted vehicle emission tests on September 4, 9, 10, and 17, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (WIB). This free emission testing service was available at 14 petrol stations in the Jabodetabek region, including Abdul Muis and Cikini (Jakarta), Siliwangi (Depok), Cibinong (Bogor), BSD City (Tangerang), and Ahmad Yani (Bekasi).

Customer Day 2023: Pertamina Increases Commitment to Serve the Public

Jakarta, September 5, 2023 - On National Customer Day, PT Pertamina (Persero) and its subsidiaries personally greet and appreciate the loyal customers in various regions of Indonesia. Customer Day is one of Pertamina's moments of commitment to serving the community.

Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication of PT Pertamina (Persero), explained that as a state-owned enterprise serving the community’s energy needs, Pertamina takes advantage of the 2023 National Customer Day to show its concern and care for customers who have been faithfully using Pertamina products. 

"On Customer Day, Pertamina reaffirms its determination to serve the community from Sabang to Merauke, from cities to remote areas," said Fadjar.

Various activities are held at operational units, including direct customer interactions by management, promotions for purchasing products through the MyPertamina application, fuel vouchers, souvenirs, free oil, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise (UMKM) products, as well as several prizes distribution, including tickets for Pelita Air flights from Jakarta to Bali for lucky customers.

Moreover, Pertamina also offers free vehicle emission tests and distributes tree seedlings, reflecting its environmental commitments. 

During the community interaction, Riva Siahaan, President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (PPN), stated that as the Subholding Commercial and Trading, PPN is present to interact with the community at petrol stations, which serve as Pertamina's forefront in distributing energy to the public. 

"We express our gratitude to loyal Pertamina product customers. Our presence to interact with customers is an appreciation of their loyalty to using fuel and LPG for their daily needs. Not only that, but we also encourage the community to care for the environment by maintaining their vehicles’ health," said Riva during the Customer Day event at the COCO 31.124.02 petrol station, Fatmawati, Cipete, South Jakarta.
