Pertamina Collaborates with Tasya Kamila to Promotes Two MSMEs at the Jagoan Lokal Festival

Jakarta, December 16, 2020 - PT Pertamina (Persero) has made many efforts to support their fostered MSMEs to rise from the Covid-19 pandemic. One of which is by collaborating with a well-known star to be the Promotor of the Fostered MSMEs' products. Not only that, but the promotion will also be streamed live through national private television media along with its 75 networks.

The party that Pertamina trusts as the promoter of its fostered partners is Tasya Kamila. This former child singer brought two Pertamina fostered MSMEs as the champion. Namely, Hitara Black Garlic represents MSMEs that have been around for a long time, and startup MSME represented by Cooklab.

"There is no need to doubt the track records of the two MSMEs under the supervision of Pertamina. Hitara's marketing reached overseas and has enrolled in the UMKM. Meanwhile, Cooklab is one of the winners of the Pertamina Youthpreneur 2020 program, where they are prospective successful entrepreneurs from the millennial generation," explained Tasya.

Besides that, continued Tasya, both of them also have their respective advantages in terms of product quality. For Hitara's products, they sell caramelized garlic products so that besides having benefits as a cooking ingredient, this product also has many health benefits. Such as improving memory and heart health.

Not inferior to Hitara, Cooklab also has its advantages. Cooklab is a delivery service for ready-to-cook ingredients. The number of food ingredients has been prepared according to the desired portion. "This is suitable for housewives who are not very good at cooking. Just input the ingredients, you do not need to guess the amount, and it is not a hassle," said Indra Bekti and Rosi Silalahi. They hosted the Kompas TV Local Champion Festival on Saturday (12/12).

Also attending the event was VP of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fajriyah Usman. In her presentation, Fajriyah also explained several Pertamina programs to support the MSMEs they foster to be more superior and independent. Namely, through the roadmap for developing MSMEsto upgrade starting from Go Modern, Go Digital, Go Online, to Go Global.

Fajriyah also invited the Indonesian people to help MSME recover and rise through using local products from MSMEs. It is Pertamina's effort in implementing Goal 8 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). "We encourage domestic MSMEs to become local champions who can penetrate the global market with the support of all of us," concluded Fajriyah.**
