Fuel Prices for Industry in May 2008 |

Based on the Decree of PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO)'s Corporate Senior Vice President of Marketing and Trading No. Kpts-063/F00000/2008-S0 on Pertamina's Economical Selling Fuel Price dated April 29, 2008, effective by March 1, 2008 at 00.00 WIB, PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) determined new prices of non subsidized fuel for international Bunker and customers excluding household sectors, micro business, transportation and public services; the prices are listed as follows:

WRegion 1 : Ex Supply Point (Depot Terminal Transit) excluding Batam, Region 4, Marketing Unit VII Makasar, Marketing Unit VIII Jayapura and NTT Province
Region 2 : Ex Supply Point (Depot Terminal Transit) in Marketing Unit VII Makasar
Region 3 : Ex Supply Point (Depot Terminal Transit) Marketing Unit VIII Jayapura and NTT Province
Region 4 : Ex Medan Group Inst., Panjang Depot, Tanjung Gerem TTerminal Transit, Plumpang Depot, Tanjung Priok Inst., Semarang /Pengapon Inst., Surabaya Group Inst. Compared to prices in April 15, 2008, prices for non subsidized fuel in May 2008 changed as follows: gasoline increased 6.4%, kerosene rose 9.4%, HSD's price was up 11.3%; MDF's price increased 7.5%, MFO's price in those 4 regions rose 9.6%. The changing of fuel product prices was caused by the increasing of MOPS which ranged 6.43% to 9.37% compared to the previous period. Rupiah exchange to USD was 0.08% stronger. Prices for public transportation are maintained at Rp 4,500 per liter for Gasoline and Rp 4,300 per liter for HSD. Price for subsidized kerosene for household and small industry consumption is maintained at Rp. 2,000 per liter. PRICES FOR PERTAMAX, PERTAMAX PLUS, PERTAMINA DEX and BIO PERTAMAX IN MAY 1, 2008 Effective by May 1, 2008 at 00.00 local time, the prices for Pertamax, Pertamax Plus and Pertamina DEX were changed as stated in the Decree of PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO)'s Corporate Senior Vice President, Marketing and Trading No. Kpts-066/F00000/2008-S0 dated April 29, 2008. The prices are listed as follow:
