SALYX 8 SERIES

Salyx 8 series SAE 30, 40 is designed for specific use of industrial and marine medium crosshead diesel engines requiring best lubrication performance. Salyx 8 series meets API classification service CF SAE 30 and 40. This lubricating oils is blended with high quality mineral base oil containing high viscosity index as well as salycilate detergent additive which provides high protection against black sludge and hot corrosion.

PERFORMANCE LEVELS

With balanced and optimum detergency, dispersancy, friction modification, TBN retention and demulsibility, Salyx 8 series provides best performance to prevent engine wear and corrosion to maintain the engine cleanliness as well as to maintain alkalinity. In addition, Salyx 8 series is excellently compatible with asphaltene in fuel which controls black sludge and ring sticking. Having best performance, Salyx 8 does not provide the formation of emulsion if contaminated with water. Salyx's best performance enables to maintain engine realiability and reduce maintenance cost.

APPLICATIONS

Salyx 8 series is recommended for specific use of industrial and marine medium speed crosshead, burning fuel with high sulphur over than 3% wt.

SALYX 12 SERIES

Salyx 12 Series SAE 30, 40 is especially designed for medium speed trunk piston diesel engines requiring higher lubrication performance. Salyx 12 Series meets API classification Service CF SAE 30 and SAE 40. Salyx 12 is blended from high quality base oils containing High Viscosity Index and salycilate detergent additive which provides high protection against black sludge and hot corrosion.

PERFORMANCE LEVELS

With balanced and optimum detergency, dispersancy, friction modification, TBN retention as well as demulsibility, Salyx 12 Series provides best performance to prevent engine wear and corrosion, to maintain engine cleanlinesss, as well as to maintain the excellent alkalinity. In addition, Salyx 12 is also excellently compatible with asphaltene in fuel which controls black sludge and ring sticking. Having best performance, Salyx 12 does not form emulsion, if contaminated with water. The highest characteristics of its performance makes Salyx 12 series be capable of maintaining the engine reliability, and of reducing the maintenance cost as well as of making the drain interval change of lubricant and filter longer.

Salyx 12 series is recommended for specific use of medium spee trunk piston diesel engines using distillate fuel containing sulfur max. 1%.
