PERTAMINA is a State Owned oil & gas company (National Oil Company), established on December 10, 1957 under the name PT PERMINA. In 1961 the company changed its name to PN PERMINA and after the merger with PN PERTAMIN in 1968 it became PN PERTAMINA. With the enactment of Law 8 of 1971 the company became PERTAMINA. This name persisted until after PERTAMINA changed its legal status to PT PERTAMINA (PERSERO) on October 9, 2003.

Nurdin Zainal
PT. Pertamina (Persero) Commissioner.Graduated from the Armed Forces Republic of Indonesia Academy (Akabri), Staff and Command School of Indonesian Army (Seskoad) (1989), and National Resilience Institution Lemhanas (2001). Besides military education, he also underwent formal education, graduated from Management of Open University (1996) and Master Degree of Human Resources of Jayakarta University (2001).. He previously held several posts including Deputy Assistant of Security for Army Chief of Staff (2001-2002), Chief of Staff at Regional Military Command 17 Trikora (2002 – 2003), Commander of Regional Military 17 Trikora (2003 – 2005), Assistant of Intelligence at Indonesian Armed Forces (2005), Chief of Strategic Intelligence Body at Indonesian Armed Forces (2006), Special Staff for Coordinating Minister of Politics, Legal and Security Affairs and Commissioner of PT. Pertamina (Persero) since 6 May 2010.

Previous positions she had held include Head of Electricity Energy Research and Technology Development Center (2001-2002), Head of Oil and Gas Research and Technology Development Center “LEMIGAS” (2002-2006), Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Expert Staff for HR and Technology (2006-2008), Oil and Gas Director General (2008 – present) and Comissioner at PT Pertamina (Persero) since 6 May 2010.

Pertamina (Persero) Commissioner.Graduated from Agribusiness Faculty of Bogor Institute of Agriculture (1985), Master of Science in Agriculture Economics from Bogor Institute of Agriculture (1989) and Ph.D in Agricultural Economics from Bogor Institute of Agriculture (1996). Previous posts held by Anny Ratnawati include Lecturer at Faculty of Economics and Management – Bogor Institute of Agriculture, OPECFund for International Development Governor for Indonesia (2008), Director General for Budget at the Ministry of Finance, Deputy Minister of Finance (2010 – present) and Commissioner of PT. Pertamina (Persero).

Komisaris PT. Pertamina (Persero)Lulus dari ITB tahun 1980 dan mendapatkan gelar Master of Business Administration pada tahun 1988. Kariernya banyak dihabiskan di Departemen Keuangan sampai dengan tahun 1996. Kemudian dilanjutkan di Menneg Pendayagunaan BUMN sampai dengan 1999 sebagai PPT Direktur Usaha Industri Manufaktur dan Pertambangan serta PPT Direktur Usaha Pertambangan. Selanjutnya menjadi PPT. Direktur Usaha Pertambangan dan Energi di bawah Kementerian PM & BUMN (2000), PPT Direktur Persero Industri dan Perdagangan di bawah Dirjen P BUMN Departemen Keuangan (2001), Kabid Usaha Aneka Industri Lainnya – Kementerian BUMN (2002), Asdep Usaha Aneka Industri Lainnya – Kementerian BUMN (2003), Deputi Bidang Usaha Logistik dan Pariwisata – Kementerian BUMN (2005), serta Staf Ahli Tata Kelola BUMN – Kementerian BUMN (2010). Kariernya sebagai dewan komisaris dimulai pada 2007-2012 di PT Adhi Karya (Persero), di PT Peruri (Persero) (2007 – Maret 2012), serta Komisaris Utama PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) pada 2008 – 2012. Dan mulai menjadi komisaris PT Pertamina (Persero) pada 2012

Pertamina

Pertamina (Persero) President CommissionerGraduated from Faculty of Economics University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1986), obtained degree Master of Business Administration from Indonesian School of Management and Amsterdam School of Management (1996), and Doctorate degree in Social Sciences from Gajah Mada University (2008). He held several important posts including Senior Investment Banking Officer (Board of Directors member and Vice President) at Banker Trust Company and Chemical Bank, New York Group, Jakarta (1982-1991), various senior posts including CEO and CFO at Medco Group (1991-2004) and SOE State Minister in United Indonesia Cabinet (2004-2007). On 6 May 2010, Sugiharto assumed position as President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero).
