SOE Hospital Holding in Strategic Partnership with Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) and Swire

Jakarta, December 23, 2023 – PT Pertamina Bina Medika - Indonesia Healthcare Corporation (IHC) or State Owned Enterprise (SOE) Hospital Holding has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) and Swire Pacific Limited (Swire) which is a large and diversified global group with a focus on healthcare investments. 

The  partnership  is  based  on  Good  Corporate  Governance  in  accordance  with  applicable  regulations including  the  approval  of  Extraordinary  General  Meeting  of  Shareholders.  The  ratification  of  the cooperation  was  marked  by  the  signing  of  several  agreements  for  the  implementation  of  strategic cooperation, in Jakarta. Deputy Minister of SOEs Kartika Wirjoatmodjo said that the Ministry of SOEs has hopes for SOEs in the health  sector  to  significantly  modernize  health  services  to  increase  value  creation  in  a  way  that  is  in accordance with the latest law of health and regulation of the minister of health.

"We hope this cooperation will truly be a catalyst of change for IHC. With professional management, efficiency, and advanced technology in the hospital business, it can produce extraordinary value creation," explained Deputy Minister Tikoin his speech. [21/12/2023]

Meanwhile, IHC President Director drg. Mira Dyah Wahyuni, MARS added that IHC's corporate action steps are part of a long-term  development  strategy. "Together with strategic partners, IHC will make fundamental improvements through organizational transformation, digitalization, expertise, and have a vision and mission that is in line to develop and expand the IHC business network," explained drg. Mira.
