Fantastic! Pertamina's MSMEs Generate Transactions Worth up to Rp3.36 Billion at Inacraft Exhibition in October 2023

Jakarta, October 10, 2023 – 20 MSMEs fostered by PT Pertamina (Persero) once again demonstrated their product excellence by recording transactions up to IDR 3.36 billion at Inacraft in October at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) from 4th to 8th October, 2023.

This figure surpasses their previous achievements and has increased by approximately 40% compared to the same event held in March 2023, where Pertamina recorded transactions amounting to IDR 2.4 billion. Transactions would grow as negotiations on pricing agreements are ongoing with several buyer groups.

Fadjar Djoko Santoso, Vice President of Corporate Communication at Pertamina, highly appreciates the fostered MSMEs' accomplishments and the public for their contributions and support for MSME products at the Inacraft event in October 2023.

From the first day to the last, visitors enthusiastically crowded the Pertamina MSME booths. These MSMEs include Songket Ilham Bahari, Pengrajin Pelangi, Gunawan Design, Griya Kain Solo, Adhimas Batik Handy Craft, Almira, Haluan Bali, Mutiara Gitbay, Batik Sumber Arafat, Sikilib Collection, and Akar Dewa Jati.

In addition to benefiting MSMEs, the exhibition serves as a platform for creators and MSME entrepreneurs to shine at the national and international levels. Fadjar explained, "The Inacraft event is not just about products and transactions but also about building a strong community to support economic growth through community empowerment."

Fadjar added that the exhibition can tap into the potential and provide opportunities for business players to promote the work of Indonesian creators on the national and international stages.

"It is hoped that the Indonesian MSME players' products can grow and become globally known while boosting the spirit and economy of these MSME players themselves," Fadjar concluded.

Pertamina's involvement in the MSMEs development is a Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 8 implementation, which aims to help Pertamina's partner businesses rapidly grow, "level up," and "go global."

Pertamina, as a leading company in the energy transition, is committed to supporting the Net Zero Emission 2060 target by continuously promoting programs that directly impact the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) achievement. All these efforts align with Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) implementation across all Pertamina's business lines and operations.**
