Enhancing Contact Center Services for Loyal Customers, Pertamina Wins 4 Awards

Jakarta, September 26, 2023 - Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135 has achieved four awards at The Best Contact Center Indonesia 2023 event at Birawa Assembly Hall, Hotel Bidakara Jakarta, on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

The four awards received include the category of The Best Agent Inbound Public, with a Platinum Medal awarded to Kirana Rizky Arvita and a Silver Medal awarded to Haura Aldina Fauziah. In the Corporate category, Pertamina also received a Bronze award for The Best Reliability Team (Men) and The Best Reliability Team (Women).

Vice President of Corporate Communication of Pertamina, Fadjar Djoko Santoso, stated that these awards demonstrate Pertamina's commitment to consistently improving its service to loyal customers across Indonesia.

"Pertamina is committed to always providing the best service to deliver an optimal customer experience," said Fadjar.

Fadjar added that Pertamina's call center management system is integrated, which enables it to provide excellent service. He is optimistic that PCC 135 will continue to enhance service quality following technological advancements.

Kirana Rizky, an Inbound Agent at Pertamina Call Center 135 and a recipient of the platinum award in the agent inbound public category, expressed gratitude for the achievement. "I am grateful to the company that has fully supported me, allowing me to present this platinum award. This award is also for the company," she said.

The Best Contact Center Indonesia (TBCCI) has been organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association since 2007. TBCCI is a national-level contact center world award competition in Indonesia, internationally recognized by the Contact Center Association of Asia Pacific (CC-APAC).

TBCCI 2023 marks the 17th competition, whcih takes place from June to September 2023. The competition categories were generally divided into three: Corporate Program, Individual, and Teamwork, with the participation of 66 companies and a total of 538 individual participants, making it the largest number of participants in the history of this event.
