The Contact Center's 24-hour Live Chat and WhatsApp services aim to fulfill the needs of people vacationing during the Christmas and New Year holidays, providing information about nearby healthcare service locations at IHC Group hospitals or clinics, outpatient and inpatient registrations, and other healthcare services.
