Jakarta – As many as 21 manager assistant and young manager Pertamina follow the People Leader Development Program (PLDP) training for XI generation or first generation in year 2017, in Patra Jasa Hotel, Jakarta (17/4)
Starting PLDP this year, program opened by Vice President Pertamina Corporate (while served) Ihsanuddin Usman. Last for two weeks, the training program which is series of Talent Development Acceleration (TDA) this Mid Level, expected to preparing needs of quality manager in Pertamina in the future times.
“This is a program that devoted to manager assistant or newly appointed managers in pertamina environtment, which mean including the subsidiaries. This is done to ensure managers to perform their roles with effective leadership.” said Ihsanuddin.
PLDP is a program that started the assignment in Talent Development Program (TDA) series for a full year. Some things learned in PLDP program this time, i.e Responsibility Delegation strategy, Planning and Organizing program, Capability and Competence to give coaching to subordinate, and others.
We hope the new managers can show their role as a good coach so that bring up motivation motivation for the team to keep continue developing their own capabilities.” explain Ihsan.
PLDP 2017 year as a part from succession planning will held as much as 7 until 8 generations for this year, which will followed by the successor for manager position who have yet followed program TDA Mid Level.
